Minutes, 10-27-04

In the minutes today there are several lists.  Two lists concern the Mitsuwa trip this Saturday.  People
attending will meet shortly before 12:30pm in front of Ratner.  We currently have four vehicles total in which
to ride.  Please send me an email if you can drive!

		Jon and Diane are committed, Josh from the Vegans is committed, and we now need to ask Culinary
		Club people if they are interested.  (If anyone else reading this is interested in cooking at
		Iron Chef, email me.)

	Judges:
		We have four possible judges in our sights.  I will ask Steve Dolinsky.  Shawn will ask a BJ
		dining hall staff member that he has been considering.  Mitcho will ask Ms. Lory of the EALC
		Dept.  Aza will ask Alpana Singh.  Aza, here is Alpana’s contact info:

Finally, we have interest in the Secretary position that is currently open!  Here is how to become Secretary or
Representative (the two positions that are open): Write a paragraph or two on why you feel you are qualified to
become Secretary or Representative.  You may indicate that you are interested in becoming either.  Send the
writing to me, and I will forward it to the board.  We’ll read it and decide whether to hold an informal
interview.
