This year we will submit '$1125'. Also, Cassie estimated out account to have $1078 currently. Mitcho will submit the budget to SCFG before noon tomorrow. The following evening (exact time yet to be determined), as many members as possible will meet with SGFC to review the budget. This meeting should be about 30 minutes in length. 2) MCs Cassie will email/contact UT to see if anyone is interested in MC-ing. I will email John Walsh and Diane Dickle, the Maroon's food critics, for this purpose. 3) ASU Sarah will be our liaison with ASU, the coordinators of IFF. This will encompass mainly email correspondence and perhaps a meeting. 4) Video Mitcho and Aza will work alongside Fire Escape to set up the presentation that we will show before the competition. The presentation is one of several video-related issues to be sorted out. 5) Thematic Ingredient From potatoes, tofu, and soybeans, a thematic ingredient has been selected. For security reasons, however, it cannot be announced on the listhost. 6) Chefs According to Mitcho, Joe Anzalone wishes no longer to participate as a chef in ICC. Shawn will contact him to confirm this desire and to attempt to change his mind if this is the case. Shawn will also contact Josh Schwartz and Culinary Club to confirm the participation of two more chefs. 7) Kaga Toshio has graciously accepted the request to serve as kaga.
